Key Responsibilities Loan Assessment Underwriting Evaluate loan proposals received from branches or digital platforms Perform credit appraisal financial analysis and risk assessment of individuals and businesses Recommend approve credit limits based on internal policies Policy Adherence Risk Management Ensure compliance with the company s credit policies RBI norms and KYC guidelines Flag deviations and propose exceptions where applicable Portfolio Monitoring Track the performance of disbursed loans monitor delinquency trends and initiate corrective actions Periodically review and revise underwriting norms based on changing risk profiles Coordination Training Work closely with sales operations and legal teams for seamless processing of loan applications Train field credit officers or branch staff on credit appraisal techniques and documentation Reporting Documentation Prepare MIS reports dashboards and exception reports for senior management Maintain accurate and updated credit files approvals and records Key Skills Competencies Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills Understanding of credit risk loan structuring and underwriting standards Knowledge of regulatory compliance in NBFCs Proficiency in MS Excel Loan Management Systems and credit scoring models Good communication and decision-making skills Qualification Experience Graduate Postgraduate in Finance Commerce Economics or a related field MBA CA CFA preferred 3-7 years of experience in credit assessment or risk in an NBFC or bank sector-specific MSME Personal Loan Gold Loan etc Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Work Location In person
