Nirman Designs is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Drafting Head to lead our drafting team The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge in architectural interior detailing and the ability to lead manage and coordinate multiple projects Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the drafting team for all ongoing projects Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Review and verify drawings for accuracy and adherence to design intent Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure timely output Maintain drawing documentation and standards across projects Mentor junior drafters and ensure skill development Liaise with site teams and consultants when required Requirements Degree Diploma in Architecture Civil Engineering Interior Design Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural interior drafting Expertise in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp knowledge of BIM is a plus Strong leadership time management and communication skills Eye for detail and technical accuracy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person Application Deadline 05 08 2025
