Job Title Avature Functional Consultant Contract Duration 3-6 Months Location Remote Shift Timings 12 00 PM - 9 00 PM IST Experience Required 8 Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Avature Functional Consultant to join our team on a 3-6-month contractual basis The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Avature configuration and implementation robust stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering HR technology solutions You will work closely with business teams and technical resources to design customize and optimize the Avature platform to meet business needs Key Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert SME on the Avature platform for configuration workflows and integrations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements Design and implement Avature solutions to support recruiting onboarding talent management and other HR processes Configure Avature modules including workflows forms dashboards templates and reports Provide support in data migration UAT and go-live activities Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and recommend system enhancements Provide training and documentation to end-users and administrators Required Skills and Qualifications 8 years of experience in HR technology with at least 3 years as an Avature Functional Consultant Strong understanding of Avature data model system architecture and functional modules Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and configuration of Avature solutions Experience with integrations REST SOAP APIs SSO ATS HRIS systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Prior experience working in global or enterprise environments is preferred Nice to Have Avature certification s Experience in Agile methodologies Familiarity with other HR platforms Workday SuccessFactors etc Contract Terms Type Contract Duration 3-6 Months Shift 12 PM to 9 PM IST Remote Work Yes To Apply Email your resume to career munificentresource in WhatsApp Call (phone hidden) Subject Line Application for Avature Functional Consultant - Contract Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 3-6 months Pay 80 000 00 - 95 000 00 per month Work Location Remote Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
