Mohsar Builders LLP is seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to support our construction projects with accurate and high-quality drawings The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AutoCAD and other design software and a solid understanding of construction processes building codes and architectural plans Key Responsibilities Design Drafting Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for construction architectural structural and interior design projects using AutoCAD and other relevant software Prepare layouts elevations sections and detail drawings Project Coordination Collaborate with architects civil engineers and site supervisors to understand project requirements and incorporate them into design drafts Modify designs based on feedback and ensure compliance with project standards Documentation File Management Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation Ensure timely updates of design changes and version control Site Support Coordinate with on-site teams to interpret drawings accurately and assist in resolving discrepancies Occasionally visit project sites to gather measurements and confirm design feasibility Compliance Standards Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant codes zoning laws and construction standards Maintain awareness of current construction trends and technological tools Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Drafting Technology or related field Minimum 2-5 years of experience in CAD design for construction projects Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory Knowledge of Revit SketchUp or other BIM tools is a plus Strong understanding of construction materials structural details and MEP coordination Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans and technical drawings Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team setting Preferred Attributes Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple design tasks under tight deadlines Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Job Types Full-time Part-time Freelance Contract length 12 months Pay From 20 000 00 per month Expected hours 10 - 15 per week Work Location Remote
