Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our worksite The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills hands-on experience in managing workers and the ability to ensure that projects are completed efficiently safely and within the required timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site activities and labor Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Allocate daily tasks to workers and subcontractors Maintain site documentation and daily reports Communicate with project managers vendors and clients as needed Handle minor on-site issues and resolve them promptly Ensure the proper use of materials and minimize wastage Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role Robust knowledge of construction installation site processes Ability to read drawings plans Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Diploma or certification in civil engineering construction management or a related field Basic computer knowledge emails reporting etc Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures Benefits Free accommodation provided Free meals at the site Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
