G M Fabrics is hiring Sales Operations Manager to manage PAN India Sales team client data and region wise revenue generated Work Location Marol Andheri East Work days Mon to Sat Sunday is a fixed off Job Role Develop maintain and deliver comprehensive sales performance dashboards and reports e g pipeline health conversion rates sales cycle length revenue attainment Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement providing actionable insights to the field sales team and leadership Monitor individual and team sales KPIs region wise identifying top performers and areas requiring coaching or intervention Provide accurate and insightful data metrics and reports to sales leadership to inform and support performance reviews of sales team members Ensure the field sales team has access to necessary tools resources and content e g product information pricing marketing collateral catalogues etc Manage onboarding for new sales hires Liaise closely with Production Planning Logistics and Finance teams to ensure sales forecasts align with operational capabilities and financial targets Education and Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing Supply Chain Management or a related field A Master s degree or relevant certification is a plus Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales operations At least 3 years of direct experience within the textile apparel or related manufacturing industry is highly preferred Proven track record of improving sales efficiency performance and contributing to revenue growth Interested candidate to share resume at the earliest Regards Lily D Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
