Job Title Gym Trainer Male Female Company Workout Plus Gym Location J P Nagar 8th Phase Bengaluru Experience Required Minimum 3 Years in Gym Training Certification Certified Gym Trainer Certificate is Mandatory Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary Workout Plus Gym is seeking experienced and passionate Gym Trainers Male Female who are committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the fitness industry and must hold a valid gym trainer certification Key Responsibilities Design and implement customized workout programs based on individual fitness levels and goals Instruct members on correct usage of gym equipment and ensure proper form during exercises Provide fitness assessments and body composition analysis Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the gym Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness targets Educate clients on lifestyle choices nutrition basics and exercise techniques Conduct group workout sessions optional if applicable Key Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Gym Fitness Trainer Valid Gym Trainer Certificate from a recognized institute is mandatory In-depth knowledge of human anatomy nutrition and exercise science Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and guide clients with diverse fitness needs Physically fit and energetic with a qualified appearance Ability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings and weekends Preferred Skills CPR First Aid Certification preferred but not mandatory Basic knowledge of diet and supplementation Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
