Job Summary The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the company ensuring accuracy compliance and timely reporting This role will work closely with the finance team to provide financial analysis budgeting and forecasting support to drive business decisions Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Record-Keeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger 2 Billing and Invoicing Prepare and manage client invoices ensuring timely payment and minimizing delays 3 Financial Reporting Prepare financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements 4 Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts analyzing variances and providing recommendations 5 Compliance Ensure compliance with accounting standards regulatory requirements and company policies 6 Financial Analysis Analyze financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement 7 Internal Controls Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and prevent errors 8 Collaboration Work closely with project managers estimators and other stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and alignment Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field 2 Professional certification e g CA CMA CPA preferred 3 Experience 4-5 years in construction accounting or similar industry 4 Solid analytical and problem-solving skills 5 Proficiency in accounting software 6 Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden) Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
