Job description We are looking for a skilled Buffing Machine Operator to operate and maintain buffing and polishing equipment The role involves working with various materials to achieve desired surface finishes on components and products as per quality standards Key Responsibilities Operate buffing polishing machines to smooth and finish surfaces of metal plastic or other components Select appropriate buffing wheels compounds and tools based on material and finish requirement Inspect workpieces before and after buffing to ensure quality and consistency Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of buffing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Adhere to production schedules and meet output targets without compromising on quality Follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE personal protective equipment at all times Maintain records of daily production and report defects or machine issues to the supervisor Assist with loading and unloading parts to and from the machine Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams as needed Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a buffing or polishing machine operator Good understanding of surface finishing processes and quality standards Ability to handle tools equipment and materials with care and precision Physically fit and able to stand for long hours in a production environment Basic knowledge of safety procedures and machine operation Willingness to work in shifts if required Preferred Qualifications ITI Diploma in Mechanical or Fitter trades or relevant work experience Prior experience in automotive metal fabrication plastic molding etc industries Knowledge of quality inspection tools micrometer caliper etc is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 29 376 91 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Work Location In person
