About Volody Volody is a fast-growing technology company offering AI-powered enterprise solutions including Contract Lifecycle Management CLM compliance automation and legal workflow tools At Volody we are transforming how legal and compliance teams operate using intelligent automation and cutting-edge technology Position Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our Finance team The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of accounting principles hands-on experience with financial reporting audits and compliance and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy managing tax filings supporting strategic financial planning and ensuring regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable receivable and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards IND-AS IFRS GAAP Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits Ensure timely filing of tax returns including GST TDS and Income Tax Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Support budgeting and forecasting processes Assist in evaluating and implementing accounting software automation tools or ERP systems Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and corporate policies Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members as needed Partner with cross-functional teams Legal HR Sales for financial alignment Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CA CMA preferred 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in a SaaS or technology company Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards tax regulations and statutory compliance Proficient in accounting software e g Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks SAP or similar Advanced MS Excel skills PivotTables VLOOKUPs financial modeling Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a agile environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with IND-AS or IFRS reporting Hands-on experience in scaling finance processes in a startup or high-growth environment Familiarity with contract accounting or legal tech industry is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
