Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Account Head to independently manage the complete accounting and finance function of our travel business The candidate should be confident in handling day-to-day accounts statutory compliances banking and financial reporting with minimal supervision This role requires high levels of accuracy confidentiality and accountability Key Responsibilities Accounting Finance Handle end-to-end accounting operations independently Maintain books of accounts Tally Accounting software Finalize monthly quarterly and annual accounts Prepare Profit Loss statements Balance Sheets and MIS reports Taxation Compliance GST filing GSTR-1 GSTR-3B reconciliation TDS calculation payment and returns Income Tax compliance and coordination with CA Ensure timely statutory filings and audits Banking Payments Manage bank accounts reconciliations and fund flows Oversee vendor payments client receipts and reconciliations Coordinate with banks for transactions and documentation Payroll Administration Salary processing and payroll compliance Maintain employee expense records and reimbursements Internal Controls Confidentiality Safeguard financial data passwords and sensitive information Maintain proper documentation and audit trails Ensure compliance with internal financial controls Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance Robust knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax Hands-on experience with Tally and Excel Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High level of integrity and confidentiality Prior experience in travel service industry preferred Who Should Apply Candidates who can handle accounts independently Professionals comfortable with responsibility and ownership Those looking for a long-term stable role Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 1 year Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
