Job Title IT Executive Company West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt Ltd Location Orma Olpad Surat Experience Required 1-2 Years Salary Range 12 000 - 20 000 per month Job Summary West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and technically sound IT Executive to provide day-to-day IT support and ensure the smooth functioning of the company s IT infrastructure The role involves troubleshooting hardware software networking and surveillance systems while delivering timely technical assistance to internal users Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for computer hardware software and basic networking issues Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for employees through phone in-person or electronic support Perform desktop troubleshooting and resolve system-related errors Install configure update and maintain computer hardware and software Format configure and deploy computer systems as per company requirements Install manage maintain and troubleshoot printers to ensure uninterrupted operations Manage and maintain CCTV systems including regular checks updates and troubleshooting Ensure periodic maintenance and timely updates of all IT systems Maintain documentation and assist in developing an internal knowledge base of IT solutions tips and best practices Ensure timely resolution of technical issues using available company resources Collaborate with internal teams to support IT infrastructure and operational requirements Demonstrate strong troubleshooting analytical thinking and effective communication skills Required Skills Competencies Basic knowledge of networking concepts is mandatory Solid understanding of computer hardware and operating systems Experience in system formatting troubleshooting and IT asset support Hands-on experience with printer and CCTV system maintenance Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues Good communication skills with a service-oriented approach Router configuration and troubleshooting Preferred Experience 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or IT executive role Exposure to handling on-site IT support in a corporate or manufacturing environment will be an advantage Educational Qualifications BCA ITI Diploma in IT B Tech IT or related field Benefits Food provided Provident Fund PF Health Insurance Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
