The Chartered Accountant will independently handle statutory audits tax audits internal audits and financial reporting assignments The role requires strong technical knowledge analytical skills and the ability to manage a team and client interactions Key Responsibilities 1 Audit Planning Execution Lead and manage statutory audits tax audits internal audits and GST audits Prepare audit programs risk assessments and sampling plans Review vouching verification internal controls and compliance procedures Ensure audits are completed as per Standards on Auditing SAs 2 Financial Reporting Prepare and review financial statements as per Ind AS AS Ensure compliance with Companies Act Income Tax Act GST Act and other regulations Review accounting entries ledgers and trial balances 3 Taxation Oversee Income Tax computations filings TDS returns and GST returns Handle tax assessments notices and client queries Provide tax planning suggestions to clients 4 Internal Controls Process Audit Evaluate internal controls SOPs and business processes Identify control gaps and suggest corrective measures Prepare management reports with detailed findings 5 Client Management Maintain solid client relationships and manage day-to-day interactions Collect audit materials clarify queries and handle escalations Present audit observations to client management 6 Team Leadership Guide and review work of Audit Assistants Articles and Junior CAs Conduct internal training on audit methodology and accounting standards Ensure quality and timelines of all deliverables 7 Documentation Reporting Maintain proper working papers and audit documentation Prepare audit reports CARO reports Internal Audit reports and management letters Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of client data Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
