A Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness engage with candidates and drive traffic across various platforms Key Responsibilities Strategy Development Create and implement social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives Content Creation create engaging content Canva including text posts images videos reels and other interactive content tailored to each platform Community Engagement Monitor and respond to comments messages and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner to foster community engagement Handling enquiries Make hot and cold calls to give information about course offerings Performance Analysis Conduct regular audits and performance analysis to track key metrics identify trends and optimize social media campaigns Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels Trend Monitoring Stay updated on social media trends tools and best practices to enhance content strategy and performance Advertising Management Manage social media advertising campaigns including budget allocation targeting and optimization to maximize ROI Required Skills and Qualifications Education A bachelor s degree in marketing communications public relations or a related field is preferred Experience Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong understanding of various social media platforms Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences Analytical Skills Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance and derive actionable insights Creativity Strong creative skills to develop innovative content and campaigns that engage users and promote brand loyalty Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
