Role Project Coordinator Operations Oversight Delhi Experience 3-5 years Salary band Upto 6 5 LPA About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Project Coordinator for our Community Eye Health Entrepreneurship Development Program In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of this critical project Roles and Responsibilities Staff Management Supervise and support project staff to ensure effective execution of duties Responsible for hiring personnel at the local level for the project Mobilization Training Formulate a mobilization strategy with Project Leadership and distribute territories among mobilizers Program Execution Ensure timely mobilization counselling fee collection onboarding training and subsequent shop opening for participants Logistics Finalize the training calendar and shop opening schedules Performance Monitoring Monitor and evaluate the performance of the centers making necessary adjustments for improvement Counselling Provide necessary counselling to mobilized candidates for the program Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with local stakeholders including communities NGOs and government agencies to enhance awareness about eye health and entrepreneurship opportunities Desired Skills Qualifications and Experience Experience At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management and business development Preferably experienced in the healthcare Rural Entrepreneurship Development or eye care sectors Qualification Preferably a Master s degree in Business Administration Project Management Rural Management PGDM or a related field Desired Skill Sets Robust background in project management business development and a commitment to promoting eye care services Proficient in the skilling sector Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide guidance to rural entrepreneurs Expertise in digital technologies including Tele-Medicine and Learning Management Systems LMS would be advantageous - Hiring Note Applications will be reviewed on rolling basis This job is first posted on Nov 20 2025 on For any questions or status update ping us on WhatsApp Chat helpline 91-(phone hidden)
