ARCHITECT Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss project requirements objectives and budgets Design innovative structures and create detailed blueprints using manual sketches and design software such as AutoCAD or Revit Prepare and present proposals feasibility reports and design concepts Ensure designs comply with building codes regulations and sustainability standards Collaborate and coordinate with engineers contractors and other construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle Oversee project management including cost estimates timelines and site inspections to ensure adherence to plans Respond to and resolve technical or design challenges during construction Required Qualifications and Skills Degree in Architecture Bachelor s or Master s Experience with architectural design and construction process Proficiency in CAD software and visualization tools such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Strong creative analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication collaboration and organizational abilities Knowledge of building codes safety regulations and sustainability practices Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Thrissur Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience ARCHITECTURE 3 years Required Work Location In person
