About the Company Geetanjali Woodcraft is a leading manufacturer of premium wooden doors frames and modular interior solutions based in Navi Mumbai With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with advanced machinery we specialize in delivering durable high-quality and beautifully crafted products for residential commercial and institutional spaces Our Vision To be India s most trusted and innovative brand in bespoke wooden doors and interior solutions admired for design precision and performance Our Mission To craft sustainable high-quality wooden products that combine timeless design with lasting value enhancing the beauty and functionality of every space we touch At Geetanjali Woodcraft we don t just make doors we open possibilities Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee door installation site measurements fitter labour management and client coordination The ideal candidate will ensure smooth on-site execution accurate sizing proper installation timely reporting and excellent after-service support Key Responsibilities Take accurate sizing and site measurements for door frames shutters and accessories Conduct detailed site surveys and share feasibility reports with the operations team Coordinate daily with fitters carpenters labour teams and subcontractors in office Act as the tower in-charge for assigned buildings or project sections Manage installation activities and ensure work is completed as per specifications Prepare and maintain installation reports site progress reports and snag lists Coordinate with clients providing updates clarifying requirements and addressing issues Communicate effectively with contractors for scheduling access and execution alignment Handle work scheduling to ensure timely completion and optimal manpower utilization Maintain and record client documentation approvals and site files Ensure safety material handling discipline and organized site work Provide after-service support by attending to client concerns minor rectifications and service calls Report daily progress to the operations team with photos updates and site notes Key Skills Requirements 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor preferably in door manufacturing interior work carpentry or construction Strong knowledge of door installation frame fixing hardware placement and sizing Ability to manage and control fitter carpenter teams effectively Excellent coordination and communication skills clients contractors Good understanding of technical drawings and basic site tools Proficiency in MS Excel WhatsApp reporting and basic documentation Strong time management problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities Willingness to travel to multiple sites within Pune Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 200 000 00 - 420 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Application Question s Mention Your Notice Period Mention Your Current CTC Location Balewadi Pune Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
