Executive in Warehouse Operations is responsible for overseeing and supporting the operational processes This includes assisting the Reporting Managers in managing day-to-day warehouse operations preparing and analyzing reports and ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all warehouse activities The role requires strong computer skills for report preparation data analysis and communication as well as an understanding of warehouse operations Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Support o Assist Reporting Managers in coordinating and managing all warehouse operations including inventory management order processing shipping receiving and storage o Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and aligns with organizational standards o Monitor warehouse processes and resolve operational issues that may arise o Assist in overseeing health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment Report Preparation s Analysis o Prepare daily weekly and monthly reps and ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all warehouse activities The role requires strong computer skills for report preparation data analysis and communication as well as an understanding of management to support decision-making processes Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory using software tools Inventory s Supply Chain Coordination o Assist with inventory management ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of goods o Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to monitor supply chain operations and prevent stockouts or overstock situations o Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data and future demand Process Optimization o Help identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives System s Computer Knowledge o Prepare detailed reports using advanced Excel functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros o Maintain accurate data entry o Help train and support warehouse staff on software tools and reporting systems Communication s Cross-Functional Coordination o Liaise with other departments logistics procurement HR etc to ensure warehouse operations are aligned with overall business goals o Assist the Regional Manager in communicating with third-party logistics providers vendors and other stakeholders o Provide timely and accurate updates on warehouse status and activities to relevant stakeholders Qualifications Education o MBA Master of Business Administration from a recognized institution ideally with a focus on operations or supply chain management Experience o Fresher o Hands-on experience in report preparation data analysis and system management in an operational environment Inventory s Supply Chain Coordination o Assist with inventory management ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of goods o Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to monitor supply chain operations and prevent stockouts or overstock situations o Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data and future demand Process Optimization o Help identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives o Assist with the implementation of recent procedures or technologies aimed at increasing operational efficiency o Monitor warehouse workflow and recommend changes to improve productivity and reduce costs System s
