DMR School managed by HCHW and located in Mehdipatnam successfully completed 10 years of service in providing quality education to children Currently we are looking the Academic Officer Female a well-qualified faculty who can smoothly handles the academic activities Role Academic Officer - DMR School Position Summary This position involves planning supervising and evaluating all educational programs and teaching standards while working closely with teachers students and administrative staff to ensure high academic performance and development of children Key Roles and Responsibilities 1 Academic Planning Ensure effective implementation of curriculum across all grades Recommend and support the use of innovative teaching methodologies and learning materials Coordinate with teachers to design lesson plans that cater to diverse learners including remedial and advanced learning 2 Teacher Support Guide support and mentor teachers in classroom management and instructional strategies Plan and facilitate regular teacher training workshops and professional development sessions Assist in evaluating teacher performance and identifying areas for improvement 3 Student Academic Monitoring Track and monitor students academic progress including regular assessments exams and remedial support Analyse assessment results and work with teachers to create action plans for underperforming students Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and keep parents informed about academic progress and support plans Promote co-curricular and academic enrichment activities for student engagement 4 Examination Evaluation Management Ensure timely preparation distribution and collection of exam papers and answer scripts Review grading systems maintain result documentation and analyse performance trends 5 Coordination Communication Act as a bridge between school management teaching staff students and parents Maintain clear and regular communication with the Head of the Institution and HCHW management Represent the school in external academic forums and liaise with education authorities if needed 6 Compliance Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with education board regulations policies and reporting requirements Promote quality assurance practices in teaching-learning processes Assist in preparing school reports academic records and accreditation documents 7 Innovation Improvement Encourage the adoption of digital tools and technology in education Initiate programs that foster critical thinking creativity and life skills among students Keep updated with current educational trends policies and best practices Desired Qualifications and Skills Graduate Postgraduate in Education or relevant subject B Ed or equivalent teacher training degree is preferred Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a teaching or school leadership role Solid communication organizational and interpersonal skills Empathy leadership and a student-centered approach to education If you re passionate about this position Academic Officer and meet the above criteria we are waiting to welcome you Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Academic Officer 2 years Required Language English Telugu Hindi Required Location Mehdipatnam Hyderabad Telangana Preferred Work Location In person
