Key Responsibilities Diagnostic Testing Patient Care Perform ECG Electrocardiogram Echocardiography TMT Treadmill Test Holter Monitoring and other cardiac investigations Assist in Cardiac Catheterization Angiography Angioplasty Pacemaker implantation and other invasive procedures Prepare patients for cardiac tests and explain procedures clearly to ensure comfort and cooperation Monitor patients vital signs and cardiac rhythms during diagnostic and interventional procedures Maintain equipment hygiene and adhere to infection control standards Equipment Handling Maintenance Operate calibrate and maintain all cardiac diagnostic and monitoring equipment Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements promptly to biomedical or technical teams Ensure readiness of cardiac diagnostic areas and cath lab before procedures Documentation Reporting Record and maintain accurate patient data test results and procedural notes Assist in preparing and submitting reports to cardiologists for diagnosis and interpretation Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policy Quality Safety Follow all hospital protocols for patient safety and radiation protection Comply with quality assurance programs and participate in periodic audits Support continuous improvement and training initiatives in the cardiology department Qualifications Requirements Education Diploma B Sc in Cardiac Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution Preferred Advanced Diploma or Certification in Cardiac Care Technology Experience 0-3 years for entry-level or 3-5 years for experienced positions in a hospital or cardiac diagnostic center Certifications Basic Life Support BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS preferred Skills Competencies Knowledge of cardiac anatomy physiology and diagnostic techniques Proficiency in operating ECG Echo TMT Holter and Cath Lab equipment Strong attention to detail and analytical ability Positive communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations Key Competencies Technical Proficiency in Cardiac Diagnostics Patient Care Safety Teamwork Coordination Record-Keeping Accuracy Critical Thinking Decision-Making Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
