We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team As a Corporate Lawyer specializing in startup fundraising and legal compliance work you will play a crucial role in advising our company and clients on various legal matters related to fundraising activities compliance requirements and corporate governance This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate with a keen interest in corporate law and startup ecosystem to develop expertise in startup fundraising and legal compliance Responsibilities Advise startup clients on corporate governance matters including board meetings shareholder resolutions and regulatory filings Draft review and negotiate legal documents related to fundraising transactions including term sheets investment agreements shareholders agreements and convertible notes Stay updated on relevant laws regulations and industry trends affecting startup fundraising and legal compliance and communicate key developments to internal stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance business development and compliance to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies tailored to the needs of startup clients Handle legal research document management and administrative tasks as assigned by senior attorneys or legal managers Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience total work 1 year Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
