We are hiring Position Purchase Engineer Casting Material Qualifications Should be Graduate in any Engineering domain with 6 years of above Purchase Procurement Experience in a Engineering Industry is preferred Salary 25 000 to 45 000 - Skills Should be very Confident and Optimistic person to Maintain good relations with Suppliers Capable of Selecting the Suppliers and Negotiate the Price and get the Quality Raw Materials at On-Time Delivery Responsible for creating procurement plans and direct the procurement activities for productive production operations To develop review and get approved purchasing procedures To keep a track of critical material requirements and proactively plan procure based on consumption trend or schedule Responsible for all product material purchases meet defined quality Responsibilities and Duties Maintaining and developing relationships with vendors contractors logistics and all other procurement support sources Collecting quotations from different suppliers Getting samples from the suppliers and getting the same approved from management Releasing Purchase Order Follow-up with supplier whenever required Placing the Order after seeking management approval ensure 100 availability of Materials on time Co-ordination with the suppliers to move the Inventory faster maintain the requisite Inventory Level Maintain perfect co-ordination with Internal Customer Vendor Data management Generation of GRN Clearance of material from QA to maintain the line flow for Production Knowledge of Raw Material Reconciliation of Raw Material Create Material Requests for every Production Plan to generate the PO s for the materials required on every weekly basis Solve the Critical Material Shortage issues in the production by taking War Foot Actions Select the Appropriate vendors and Co-Ordinate with all the vendors and negotiate with them in getting a better Quality Price and Timely deliver Note - Immediate joining Location SF No 16 22 2 Athipalayam road Chinnavedampatti Ganapathy Coimbatore - 641 006 Contact Sivakumar G Hr and Admin Manager (phone hidden) (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Purchase Engineer 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
