We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our steel product warehouse The ideal candidate will manage the receipt storage and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods ensuring accuracy efficiency and safety across all warehouse activities This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth production and timely customer deliveries in a steel manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations for steel products such as coils sheets bars rods and fabricated items Plan and coordinate inward and outward material movement in line with production and dispatch schedules Ensure accurate documentation including GRN Delivery Challan Gate Pass and stock registers Conduct regular stock audits and maintain 100 inventory accuracy in ERP Tally systems Implement organized stacking labeling and segregation of materials by size grade and heat number Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper handling of heavy materials using cranes and forklifts Coordinate with Quality Purchase and Accounts departments for inspection and invoice verification Optimize warehouse space utilization and maintain a clean safe and efficient environment Manage and train warehouse staff operators and helpers for smooth workflow Generate daily and monthly stock movement reports for management Ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Mechanical or Industrial Management 10-15 years of experience in warehouse operations within the steel or heavy manufacturing industry Proficiency in ERP Tally and MS Excel for inventory management Knowledge of material handling equipment EOT cranes forklifts weighing systems Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
