Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch qualified with experience in the Plastic Engineering industry to manage outbound logistics The role involves planning and executing the dispatch of finished goods coordinating with transporters and customers ensuring timely delivery and maintaining proper documentation and compliance Key Responsibilities Dispatch Planning Execution Plan and coordinate daily dispatches of finished plastic products as per customer schedules Ensure accurate and timely loading of goods with proper packing and labeling Coordinate with production stores and quality teams for dispatch readiness Logistics Coordination Liaise with transporters for vehicle placement and tracking deliveries Optimize transportation cost while maintaining on-time delivery OTD Follow up on transit delays damages or rejections and take corrective actions Documentation Compliance Prepare and manage dispatch documents invoices e-way bills packing lists gate passes etc Ensure proper documentation for interstate dispatches including GST e-way bill compliance Maintain dispatch records registers and ERP entries if applicable Inventory System Updates Update dispatch details in ERP software e g SAP Tally Oracle Maintain finished goods stock ledger and coordinate with the stores warehouse team Ensure FIFO First In First Out method is followed during dispatch Customer Coordination Communicate with customers for dispatch schedules vehicle tracking and delivery confirmations Handle dispatch-related complaints like quantity mismatch damage or delays Key Skills Competencies Good knowledge of dispatch logistics operations in a manufacturing setup Familiarity with plastic product handling packaging and storage norms Working knowledge of ERP systems MS Excel and e-way bill generation portals Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualifications Experience Graduate Diploma in any discipline preferably in Supply Chain Logistics Engineering 2-6 years of experience in dispatch logistics in a manufacturing industry Exposure to handling dispatches of molded plastic parts packaging materials or similar products Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
