We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team for the night shift The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring managing and executing day-to-day operations related to Extended Producer Responsibility EPR compliance documentation coordination with stakeholders and ensuring smooth night-time operations in alignment with regulatory and internal standards Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage EPR-related operational tasks during night hours Ensure timely and accurate data entry record-keeping and report generation Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper collection segregation and disposal processes Track and verify documentation related to recycling waste disposal and compliance certificates Handle queries and escalations received during the night shift providing prompt resolutions Maintain compliance with all relevant environmental and waste management regulations Support the audit and inspection processes by preparing necessary documents and reports Generate daily and weekly reports for the management team Key Skills Requirements Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science Operations Business Administration or related field Prior experience in EPR operations waste management or environmental compliance is preferred Comfortable working night shifts Robust organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and take initiative Good communication and coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
