Perform comprehensive testing including OTDR LSPM latency and throughput Troubleshoot connectivity configuration and performance issues Ensure compliance with SLA QoS and project performance benchmarks Work closely with implementation teams NOCs clients and Independent Engineers for seamless deployment Support validation of network integration with monitoring and operations systems Prepare technical validation reports compliance checklists and audit records Support project teams in compiling handover documents and audit deliverables 1 Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Installation configuration and validation of IP MPLS equipment Testing troubleshooting and performance validation of telecom networks Experience with large-scale telecom ISP or government-led projects preferred Strong knowledge of IP MPLS routing protocols and network architecture Hands-on experience with router switch configuration and troubleshooting Familiarity with NOC operations monitoring tools and validation practices Solid coordination analytical and problem-solving skills BE BTech MCA in Electronics Communication Computer Science Information Technology Electrical Electronics or equivalent qualification recognized by AICTE UGC Ministry of HRD
