Project Planning Execution Lead the complete lifecycle of Solar project execution - from DPR engineering coordination procurement follow-ups and site mobilization to COD Develop detailed project execution plans and drive adherence to cost time and quality targets Coordinate with cross-functional teams including land engineering procurement logistics and construction for smooth implementation Track project milestones proactively identify risks and implement mitigation measures Site Coordination Monitoring Frequently travel to project locations to monitor construction progress contractor performance and quality Address on-ground challenges such as terrain issues access roads equipment movement and local clearances Ensure adherence to EHS Setting Health Safety standards during execution Stakeholder Vendor Management Interface with turbine suppliers EPC contractors civil and electrical vendors for timely delivery and installation Ensure project deliverables from vendors and contractors are as per contract and technical specifications Resolve site-level conflicts and escalate bottlenecks in a structured manner MIS Reporting Track and report project KPIs including schedule cost manpower and equipment utilization Prepare regular updates and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Support audit compliance and documentation as required
