Description About the role The Digital Studios DS team handles digital content creation Gen-AI operations and post-production activities for Amazon product images to provide consistent imagery and enable customers with their buying decisions We are continually innovating and setting new industry standards for showcasing millions of products across multiple global marketplaces Design Manager will be responsible for managing Digital and Gen-AI Content Generation Specialist teams both globally and regionally We re looking for a proficient Design Manager who can understand technical challenges from both artistic and technological perspectives while working directly with all levels of content specialists and other stakeholders The position requires proven ability to drive process improvements and keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating team members in an extremely deadline-driven environment Key job responsibilities Lead and manage global and regional Digital and Gen-AI Content Generation teams across Physical and Digital Studios Drive operational and business goals across multiple regions Optimize content creation processes for quality scalability and efficiency Drive data-oriented analysis and adoption of Gen-AI technologies Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business Ensure high quality standards in hiring and team development Execute specific people programs on coaching and development Build robust teams of creative and technical talent globally Basic Qualifications - Bachelor s degree or Bachelor of Arts degree - Minimum of 7 years of relevant creative experience including 3 years leading creative teams - Experience in managing Gen-AI content creation and digital production teams - Strong understanding of Gen-AI technologies and digital content creation - Experience in managing global teams across different time zones - Experience in driving business operations metrics - Leadership skills with bias towards action - Experience working in a collaborative team setting to deliver high-quality design solutions - Experience communicating technical concepts and processes using clear simple language and visuals Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology - Experience working with global cross-functional teams - Knowledge of Gen-AI platforms and content creation tools Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process including support for the interview or onboarding process please visit for more information If the country region you re applying in isn t listed please contact your Recruiting Partner
