Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive with a strong analytical mindset and at least 3 years of experience in data management reporting and process optimization The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and analysing business information systems to support informed decision-making across departments Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review Analyze sales service and operations data to identify trends variances and improvement areas Create dashboards and performance trackers for various departments Sales Service Accounts etc Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all business reports and systems Coordinate with internal teams to collect data automate reports and streamline data flow Support management with ad-hoc data analysis forecasting and presentations Maintain and update database systems using Excel ERP tools or relevant software Assist in process improvement initiatives and develop SOPs for data management and reporting Requirements Qualifications Skills Required Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business Administration Computer Applications or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS data analysis or business reporting Strong proficiency in MS Excel advanced formulas pivot tables dashboards macros preferred Working knowledge of ERP or CRM systems experience with Tally ERP or similar is a plus Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Solid attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
