Project Role Technology OpS Support Practitioner Project Role Description Own the integrity and governance of systems including best practices for delivering services Develop deploy and support infrastructures applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery Must have skills Network Infrastructures Positive to have skills Ansible on Microsoft Azure Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cisco Wireless Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco wireless technologies especially the Cisco Catalyst 9800 Series Wireless Controllers This role involves designing implementing and maintaining enterprise-grade wireless networks to ensure high performance security and reliability across our organization Key Responsibilities Design deploy and manage wireless networks using Cisco 9800 Series Wireless Controllers Configure and optimize Cisco wireless access points controllers and supporting infrastructure Monitor and analyze wireless network performance using tools such as Cisco Prime DNA Center or equivalent Implement and maintain wireless security protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access and threats Collaborate with network engineers IT teams and stakeholders to integrate wireless solutions with existing infrastructure Provide technical support troubleshooting and training to end-users and IT staff Stay current with emerging wireless technologies Cisco product updates and industry best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience 10 years of experience in wireless networking with a focus on Cisco technologies Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800 Series Cisco APs and Cisco DNA Center Strong understanding of wireless protocols 802 11a b g n ac ax RF fundamentals and site survey methodologies Experience with wireless security standards WPA2 WPA3 802 1X RADIUS Cisco certifications such as CCNP Enterprise Wireless CWNA or CCIE Wireless are highly desirable Preferred Skills Experience with network automation and scripting Python Ansible Familiarity with cloud-managed wireless solutions e g Cisco Meraki Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment 15 years full time education
