We are looking for an experienced and motivated Indoor Sales Officer with a background in building materials to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries generating quotations closing sales and providing after-sales support from within the office environment The role requires deep product knowledge of construction and building materials excellent customer service and strong sales skills Handle incoming walk-in customers phone inquiries and email communications Understand customer requirements related to building materials and recommend suitable products e g cement tiles steel paints plumbing items etc Prepare and follow up on quotations sales orders and invoices Maintain solid knowledge of product specifications pricing and availability Liaise with warehouse logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors architects engineers and builders Track and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed sales Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance Maintain proper records of sales payments and customer feedback using CRM or ERP systems Stay updated with market trends competitor pricing and new product launches Assist outdoor sales teams by providing pricing support technical specs and documentation NOTE Immediate hiring from India Need valid passport Work Location Dubai Job Type Full-time
