Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Operations Executive to join our growing advertising agency The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing basic design skills and hands-on experience in coordinating with vendors and managing events This role requires someone who is organized creative and able to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Support Assist in executing digital campaigns across social media Google Ads email marketing etc Monitor campaign performance and generate basic reports Stay updated on digital trends Basic Designing Create simple creatives using Canva or similar tools Coordinate with the design team for campaign assets and client deliverables Vendor Coordination Liaise with printers fabricators and other vendors for timely execution of projects Ensure quality checks and cost management Event Management Support Assist in planning and execution of events and brand activations On-ground coordination logistics management and vendor handling during events Client Coordination Assist the account team in following up with clients for approvals content and feedback Maintain timelines and project flow Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an ad agency or similar role Basic knowledge of design tools e g Canva Photoshop is a plus Understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Willingness to travel for events if required Salary Perks Monthly Salary 20 000 - 40 000 based on experience interview performance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month
