We are looking for a Telecaller Staff to manage donor outreach build supporter relations and assist in fundraising efforts Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective donors and stakeholders Provide details about Atchayam Trust s work and programs Maintain accurate records of calls and donor databases Follow up on pledges donations and queries Support fundraising and outreach campaigns Qualification Good communication skills in Tamil English knowledge of other languages is an added advantage Basic computer knowledge MS Office Google Sheets Prior telecalling fundraising customer service experience preferred Passion for social service and compassion for vulnerable communities Salary is not constraint for right candidates Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
