About Ankur Lighting Ankur Lighting is a leading lighting manufacturer importer and retailer with over 45 years of legacy in delivering high-quality lighting solutions We are focused on growth innovation and providing exceptional customer experiences Job Summary We are seeking a Store Manager from the lighting industry who is proactive results-driven and experienced in showroom operations The ideal candidate will lead the team drive sales and maintain robust relationships with architects builders and key clients in the lighting sector Key Responsibilities Oversee overall showroom operations ensuring smooth daily functioning Lead mentor and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Drive showroom sales and actively engage with architects builders interior designers and corporate clients Maintain and grow strong client relationships within the lighting industry Monitor stock levels product displays and showroom aesthetics Handle customer inquiries and complaints ensuring excellent customer service Implement company policies procedures and SOPs effectively Prepare sales reports track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory efficiently Conduct staff training on lighting products sales strategies and client engagement Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols within the showroom Qualifications Skills Graduate Post Graduate Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail showroom management within the lighting industry mandatory Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a retail team Strong relationships and network with architects builders and interior designers in the lighting sector Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of lighting products market trends and showroom operations Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
