Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Collection Executive to support our sales and marketing efforts by identifying collecting and qualifying leads from various sources The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering accurate and relevant data to build a high-quality prospect database helping drive customer acquisition and business growth Key Responsibilities Identify potential leads through Visit Industrial area online research social media platforms business directories and other digital channels Collect and organize lead data including names email addresses phone numbers company details and other relevant information Verify and validate lead information to ensure accuracy and relevance Maintain and update spreadsheets with collected leads Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure the smooth transfer of qualified leads Segment leads based on defined criteria such as industry job role geography etc Track daily weekly and monthly lead generation metrics and report performance to the team lead or manager Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations during lead collection Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred but not mandatory Proven experience in lead generation data collection or a similar role Proficient in using MS Excel Google Sheets and web research tools Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of B2B lead generation processes Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys Compensation Advantages Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Job Types - - Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location Remote
