Key Responsibilities Driving Navigation Safely operate commercial vehicles including trucks and buses using GPS and maps to find and follow the most effective routes Vehicle Maintenance Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections refuel vehicles and report any mechanical or electrical problems to ensure safe operation Cargo Handling Load and unload goods or materials verify loads for accuracy and securely arrange items to prevent damage during transit Logistics Communication Coordinate with dispatchers communicate route updates delays and incidents and obtain signatures upon delivery Record Keeping Maintain accurate logs of hours worked deliveries fuel usage and vehicle defects complying with company and government regulations Safety Compliance Adhere to all applicable traffic laws company safety policies and procedures including the proper use of personal protective equipment Client Interaction Maintain a professional attitude and communicate courteously with customers and other road users Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
