Job Title Junior Marketing Assistant - Tea Key Responsibilities Purchase Support o Assist in packing material and suppliers based on quality price and market demand o Coordinate with suppliers for samples quotations and order follow-ups o Help maintain supplier databases and purchase records Tea Tasting Coordination Assist senior tasters in arranging daily tasting sessions Prepare label and organize tea samples for evaluation Record tasting notes quality assessments and feedback for internal reports Ensure tasting rooms and equipment are maintained to proper standards Quality Brand Coordination Ensure teas purchased align with brand quality requirements Work closely with production and packaging teams to maintain consistency between tasting and final product Maintain purchase and tasting reports Coordinate with Purchase head for purchase approvals Assist in scheduling meetings with suppliers Skills Qualifications Good communication for supplier interaction Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint familiarity with data entry and reporting tools Interest in tea culture and willingness to learn tasting and purchasing processes Job Type Full-time Pay 9 440 16 - 11 000 00 per month Work Location In person
