Deloitte is also a leading provider of managed services offerings in Finance Accounting including treasury operations This empowers Treasury function to standardize and optimize treasury services by leveraging on specialized talent latest digital technologies transformation know-how and ongoing operations management to meet business evolving treasury needs Our team provides services such as cash management financial risk management financing and reporting services to clients to help them reduce costs mitigate key person risk increase efficiency and improve compliance Job Overview The primary role of a Manager who help client s gain more control over their treasury risk liquidity operations and processes The Implementation Consultant is responsible for project management under guidance from supervisor leading the design implementation configuration and training of the various modules and functions within the Kyriba application You will help our clients make strategic informed decisions that help automate processes reduce inefficiencies optimize opportunities which can potentially help their bottom line While becoming proficient in the tools and systems you will acquire deeper knowledge of treasury systems and risk management methodologies You will have an opportunity to take on interesting and challenging assignments and work across industries and geographies You will be involved in project work business development and other activities including personalized trainings to help you grow as a consultant To achieve this you will be expected to perform the following activities Obtain Kyriba Center of Excellence Academy COE certification across various functional technical modules including advanced modules Work with the manager to develop a personalized training plan for growth to learn new skills modules Lead solution design workshops with customers Deliver the solution design document Blueprint as well as other significant documents throughout the project lifecycle based on the exact circumstances of each project Design and deliver innovative solutions based on the client s business requirements Configure test solutions workflow in the client database for various modules Assist customer in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support Lead training sessions and create custom training agendas Lead meetings and drive issues to resolution Serve as a Subject Matter Experts SME for resolution on complex designs and solutions Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software Participate in presales support and project scoping efforts evaluation activities under instruction and support from your manager Contribute to the professional service communities from both knowledge and skills perspective proactively Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time Maintain a billable utilisation rate of 80 Skills Required Qualifications o CA MBA from a reputed institute Candidates with Engineering academic background would also be considered on a case-to-case basis o Kyriba certification across various modules is a must o Certifications required mandatory deal capture risk valuations hedgeaccounting connectivity payments and Bank API o Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework Experience o 6-10 years of relevant experience in treasury across consulting and or industry roles o Prior experience of end-to-end Kyriba implementation is a must candidate must have shown the capability of Kyriba functional blueprinting and technical configuration integrations o Treasury consulting experience at leading management consulting organizations o Exposure to consulting assets methodologies points-of-view research or white papers marketing collaterals etc in the leading Treasury technologies Skills and Competencies o Delivering and managing Treasury transformation projects to clients and delivering customer training on Kyriba and its functionality o Prior experience in effectively handling Kyriba implementation applying treasury tools and methodology o Hands-on expertise in the following areas should be able to do functional blueprinting and implementation Cash and Liquidity Management cash management and forecasting in-house banking cash accounting GL reconciliation liquidity planning etc Bank Relationship Management bank account management bank fee analysis etc Payment Management payment payment factory multilateral netting etc Financial Transaction debt forex interest rate investment position keeping leases etc Risk Management valuation of debt forex investment interest rate derivative commodity derivative etc Connectivity bank reporting bank payments etc Options Fraud Management FX -
