We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing financial activities ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contributing to the financial success of the organization Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Reporting Prepare and maintain financial statements reports and records Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management 2 Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments 3 Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes Process and review invoices and payments Manage collections and vendor relationships 4 Financial Compliance Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits Implement and maintain internal controls 5 Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow to ensure the organization s financial stability Monitor and project cash flow needs 6 Taxation Assist in tax planning and compliance Prepare and file tax returns and related documents 7 Ad Hoc Financial Projects Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required What it required to do Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field A CPA or CMA designation is a plus Proven experience in financial management or related roles with minimum 3 years of experience Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy We got you covered at uEngage YAY Competitive base salary and variable structure Health Insurance Benefits Opportunities for growth opportunities and advancement within the company Certifications available for your professional growth Outstanding team to work chill Party with Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
