Job Title Head - Finance Accounting Job Location Coimbatore Compensation INR 6 -10 Lakhs CTC Annum including stock options equity compensations Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Head to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance operations of the business and managing the fundraising process through equity and debt route The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment managing complex financial transactions and communicating effectively with investors and stakeholders Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance operations of the business including accounting financial reporting budgeting forecasting and cash flow management Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices Manage fundraising process through equity and debt route including due diligence investor relations and negotiations Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management team and board of directors Monitor and evaluate financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and strategic initiatives Manage relationships with external partners including banks auditors and other financial service providers Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and reporting Provide leadership and guidance to Finance Accounting team members In addition the Finance Head will be expected to play a critical role in the growth and development of our 5-year-old company Specifically the successful candidate will Develop and execute a financial plan to support the company s growth objectives over the next 3 years Identify and evaluate new business opportunities including potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships and provide financial analysis and due diligence support Assess and manage financial risks associated with the company s growth plans and investments Drive improvements in financial performance including revenue growth profitability and cash flow management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key investors lenders and other stakeholders to support the company s fundraising and growth objectives Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management team and board of directors Build and manage a high-performing finance team that can support the company s growth and development over the long term Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountancy CA CFA Chartered Financial Analyst CPA Certified Public Accountant or ACCA Association of Chartered Certified Accountants would be an advantage 5 years of experience in corporate finance investment banking private equity or related field Solid knowledge of financial reporting accounting principles and tax regulations Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions and fundraising processes Experience in managing external relationships with investors banks and other financial service providers Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment High level of integrity ethics and professionalism Willingness to work in Coimbatore or remote work If you are interested in this exciting opportunity please submit your resume We look forward to hearing from you Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Work Location In person
