About the Role A growing start-up in the design build space is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer Architect to lead client projects presentations and material selections This role requires a creative professional with strong sales acumen and client-handling skills who can manage end-to-end design execution Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design interior spaces aligned with client requirements Prepare present and pitch design concepts to clients with confidence Conduct client meetings and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle Manage material selection procurement and vendor coordination Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely execution Prepare detailed drawings layouts and 3D models using required software Stay updated with market trends new materials and design innovations Required Skills Competencies Strong sales orientation with the ability to convert design presentations into client approvals Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to independently handle client meetings and close deals In-depth knowledge of materials and their applications Robust project management and multitasking abilities Software Proficiency AutoCAD Photoshop Google SketchUp Qualification Experience Graduate or Diploma in Interior Designing Architecture Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Designing Prior experience in client-facing roles is a must Job Type Full-time Pay 350 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Application Question s only Female candidate Preferred Experience Interior design 5 years Required Work Location In person
