Job Profile We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our organization The role involves sourcing screening and hiring the right talent aligned with business requirements The recruiter will also build strong talent pipelines enhance employer branding and ensure a smooth candidate experience Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting sourcing screening scheduling interviewing and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Source candidates using job portals LinkedIn social media Field hiring and employee referrals Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders Manage candidate communication feedback and ensure a positive recruitment experience Maintain recruitment MIS and update hiring dashboards regularly Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-outs Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs campus drives Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent sourcing and networking ability Familiarity with ATS HR databases and job portals Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a rapid-paced environment Negotiation and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree 3-4 years of experience in recruitment retail e-commerce FMCG preferred Experience in both bulk and niche hiring will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
