A leading fit-out and construction company is looking for a Civil Estimation Engineer to join our energetic team Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates BOQs and tender documents for interior fit-out and construction projects Review drawings specifications and project requirements to determine material labor and time costs Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Conduct site visits for estimation and cost verification when required Assist project teams with budget planning and cost control throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in civil estimation for fit-out construction projects Strong understanding of local construction standards materials and pricing Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 96 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Work Location In person
