HOUSE KEEPING SUPERVISOR Requirements 3 -4 years experience as a House Keeping Supervisor must be efficient and able to maintain cleaning equipment etc Should have good communication skills MS office and basic Computer skills Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks Oversee staff on a daily basis Check common areas including stairways and lounge areas for cleanliness Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job Respond to customer complaints and special requests Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Excellent organizational and team management skills Job Type Full time Pay 103 832 93 - 354 125 25 per year Benefits Food provided Health insurance
