teams 25-50 professionals Deep hands-on expertise in multiple of the following technologies Net Core JavaScript ReactJS Node js SQL Server Oracle PostgreSQL Java AWS Azure GitHub Azure DevOps Jenkins Kubernetes and Shell Scripting Excellent understanding of software development life cycles SDLC agile methodologies and DevOps practices Experience overseeing Software Engineering QA Engineering and Technology or related field is required Responsibilities You will serve as the regional lead for Moody s Analytics Asset Management technology teams in India This job has broad oversight of our India based Software Engineering QA Engineering and DevOps functions You have an opportunity to build a mid-sized team of approximately 30 technology professionals organized into multiple agile squads integrated across our global Asset Management product and technology groups You will report directly to the MD of Engineering and Technology for Asset Management helping our customers solve some of the most complex problems in fixed income finance Drive the design strategy and execution of software development projects to support product roadmaps Lead technology architecture and development as per product needs overseeing the daily activities and progress of multiple SCRUM teams Ensure a consistent regular process for assessment of goals and improvement of deliveries Have a deep understanding of product client requirements and work with geographically distributed cross-functional teams to define and execute detailed plans with agility and speed Support the ongoing engineering needs of existing customers and prospects while balancing product goals alongside engineering-driven projects Demonstrate flexibility in leadership style by providing direct hands-on technical guidance and execution within select squads while maintaining strategic oversight and mentorship for other teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives Create an impact on overall software development approach setting engineering roadmaps and partnering with product management and strategy across different geographical locations About the team You ll be part of the Moody s
