We are looking for a diligent and proactive Assistant Production Executive to support daily operations in the FMCG manufacturing unit The role involves assisting in production planning process monitoring quality compliance and team coordination while ensuring efficiency safety and adherence to operational standards Responsibilities Assist in preparing and executing daily weekly production schedules Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for raw material availability Monitor shop-floor operations and ensure production targets are met Support quality control checks and compliance with GMP HACCP standards Maintain production logs shift reports and batch records Ensure adherence to safety protocols and support hygiene audits Coordinate with operators packers and maintenance staff for smooth operations Monitor material usage and inform stores for replenishment Train and guide supervisors operators and new joiners Skills Required Bachelor s Diploma in Food Technology Mechanical Production Engineering or related field 3 - 4 years of experience in FMCG food production operations Knowledge of production equipment GMP HACCP and quality systems Proficiency in MS Office ERP knowledge preferred Job Type Full time Work Location In person
