Video Editor Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage applying artistic editing techniques and creating finished broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of the production director The duties of Video Editor include Analyzing and following a script screenplay or outline when performing edits Adding Visual Effects and Motion Graphics to enhance footage Video Formats and Codecs Understanding different file types and how they re compressed is crucial for efficient workflow and quality Basic knowledge about Color Correction and Grading tools Audio Editing Editing audio tracks cleaning up audio and adding music or sound effects are essential and writing voice-overs Working closely with Directors to present a final product that matches their vision Storytelling Understanding how to tell a story visually and how editing choices impact the narrative is crucial Making revisions to edits Qualification Experience A bachelor s degree with atleast 2 years of experience in the Ads films Movies and the relevant field Proficiency in softwares related to Video editing like Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro After effects and photo shops Proficiency in VFX 2D 3D animation is an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
