Management IT and Artificial Intelligence AI They will combine technical expertise analytical rigor and understanding of governance frameworks to ensure that technology initiatives data management frameworks policies and procedures to ensure data quality compliance and security across the organization Essential Duties and Functions Support the design implementation and monitoring of AI IT and data governance frameworks policies and standards ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy Assist in AI project governance including reviewing models data sources and ethical considerations Data Management Oversee data lifecycle management including data acquisition storage usage and disposal ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements using Data Governance tools Experience using tools like OneTrust Snowflake Horizon Vanta etc Evaluate and document technology initiatives for risk compliance and alignment with architecture governance standards Support audit regulatory and compliance initiatives related to AI IT and data management Prepare presentations dashboards and reports for leadership on governance performance and AI data program outcomes Continuously identify opportunities to improve governance processes and reduce cycle time for decision-making IT Collaboration Work closely with IT stakeholders across the organization to integrate good governance practices into IT systems and infrastructure ensuring seamless data flow and security Stakeholder Engagement Engage with business units across the organization to understand data AI and IT needs and promote governance best practices Compliance Ensure compliance with information protection regulations e g HIPAA GDPR NIST COSO COBIT PCI-DSS etc and industry standards Excellent grasp of PHI PII PCI concepts and related requirements a must Reporting Generate and present reports on AI data and IT governance metrics compliance risk exposure and improvements to senior management Training Provide training and support to end-users on governance policies and procedures Experience Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Required Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Systems Data Science or a related field Master s degree preferred Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT governance data governance and AI project oversight or related roles Strong understanding of regulatory compliance risk management and ethical AI practices Technical Skills Proficiency in data management tools data governance platforms and AI technologies Knowledge Strong understanding of
