Role Lead Technology Architect Head of Engineering Location Delhi NCR Type Contract Industry Reneable Energy We are seeking an experienced Lead Technology Architect to define and deliver innovative technology solutions across our products and platforms This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership ideal for someone who has built and scaled platforms led multi-disciplinary teams and worked across a variety of contemporary stacks Key Responsibilities Define the overall technology vision architecture and roadmap across cloud data and application layers Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies serverless microservices blockchain VR AI ML where they create business value Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure scalable and high-performing solutions Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical designs and delivery plans Oversee DevOps cloud infrastructure data operations and application development practices Mentor and coach engineers foster a culture of innovation automation and quality Ensure compliance with security standards and cost optimisation in cloud environments Required Skills Experience 10 years in senior engineering or architecture roles with at least 3 years leading teams or platforms Broad hands-on experience with multiple technologies e g AWS GCP Terraform serverless architectures microservices data platforms Strong programming background in at least two languages Python Go NodeJS Scala C etc Experience designing and implementing CI CD infrastructure as code and cloud-native applications Proven ability to evaluate and integrate emerging tech VR blockchain data analytics Track record of defining technology roadmaps and delivering complex projects end-to-end Nice to Have Start-up or consultancy experience driving technology strategy for multiple clients Exposure to SOC2 ISO27001 or similar security compliance frameworks Experience in building or scaling data-intensive products Databricks Spark Redshift Job Type Permanent Pay 3 500 000 00 - 5 000 000 00 per year Experience Engineering or Architecture 10 years Required AWS GCP 3 years Required Serverless architectures 5 years Required CI CD infrastructure as code 4 years Required SOC2 ISO27001 or similar security compliance 2 years Required OASIS-LMF 3 years Required Work Location In person
