Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Follow-up Executive to coordinate monitor and ensure timely execution of production processes in jewelry and accessories manufacturing The role requires close communication internal teams and quality control to maintain production schedules meet delivery timelines and ensure quality standards Key Responsibilities Track and monitor daily production status across in-house and outsourced units Check and follow up daily on urgent priority products to ensure timely completion Follow up with karigars and internal teams to streamline the production process and track production status Maintain production trackers MIS reports and update timelines regularly Identify delays in the production process and escalate issues proactively Support the quality team in ensuring products meet company standards Ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery deadlines Conduct periodic follow-ups on order status Required Qualification Skills Graduate Diploma in Production Jewelry Design Fashion Accessories or related field 1-3 years of experience in production follow-up preferably in jewelry fashion accessories or handicrafts industry Strong follow-up and coordination skills Knowledge of jewelry accessories production processes and materials metal stones plating etc Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems and production tracking tools Attention to detail with solid organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines Good communication and vendor management skills Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Location Sachin Gujarat Preferred Work Location In person
